Another option for Sub-Zero, integrated columns and refrigerators is the optional internal filtered water system.
The filter is good for at least a year based on a family of four. It holds about a liter and a half a refrigerated cold water. It will replenish itself once you close the door.
The best feature is the one hand option. You open the door and hold your glass against the button and it will fill your glass. You can also fit a full sized pitcher to fill as well. External dispensers typically don't fit pitchers, so this is a great option.
